We have been married for 8 years, and still can’t get pregnant. We have done many examination, still can’t know the reason for infertility. During this time, friends and relatives refer many doctors, including Traditional Chinese Medicine, from Taipei to Kaoshung. We even tried many things like folk religion. But we get nothing in the end.

However, in 2018 when I wanted to give up, I found out that I got pregnant.

Many things, as long as you are willing to work hard, most of them will be successful. Except for the matter of "pregnancy", even if you work hard, you may not succeed. No matter how hard you try, your hopes will come to nothing. I was thinking that getting pregnant wasn’t a difficult task, so after getting married, I just wanted to enjoy the life of two people. But as time goes by, I find that I am getting older and older, and I feel that I shouldn’t waste time anymore.

At first I was against artificial reproduction, but I mustered up the courage to go down this path. For the first time, I went to other clinics for IVF. After taking the medicine, only 2 eggs were taken out. I wonder why there are so few eggs? In the end it did end in failure. This failure made me feel that "pregnancy" is really a distant and impossible dream!

I decided to take a rest for a while and looked for an IVF center again, and finally chose the Stork Fertility Center. The following step of treatment is culturing blastocysts. With the embryologist professional work, my #10 eggs become #8 D5 blastocysts. The blastocyst rate is 80%. This time, I was glad I chose Stork to my IVF center. In order to reduce the discomfort caused by over-stimulation of the ovaries, the 8 blastocysts were frozen and stored. The implantation was done after the body rested.

I got pregnant with my 3rd implantation. After experiencing the process, I realize that implantation is also a science. Many details need to be adjusted by personalization. After adjustment, I succeeded. I still remember that, the doctor smiled and said “Congrats! You got pregnant.” At that moment, I'm so calm, it doesn't feel real.
